Oven baked brats

Preheat oven to 400. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, place your favorite brats on parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes, rotate brat cook 5 minutes, rotate and cook another 5 minutes...and finally, rotate and cook for a final 5 minutes.
I tried this with our Oberon brats but would work just as well with our other flavors as well. We currently have Old fashioned, Chicago, Italian, Habinaro Mango, Garlic and Jalapeño.
