Peach Pork Chops
You'll need...pork chops, I used boneless, olive oil, salt, can of peaches, vinegar and brown sugar.
Start with preheating a pan coated with olive oil, I like my pan to be screaming hot so I get a good seer. Cook chops about 4 minutes, flip and cook for another 4 minutes. While cooking, mix juice from the peaches with 1 teaspoon vinegar and a 1/4 cup brown sugar, set aside. Once chops are done, remove from pan and set aside. Put juice mixture in skillet and bring to boil, once to a boil, reduce heat and add peaches, place chops back in skillet. Cook on low for another 5 minutes. Serve.
