Salmon

Start with salmon from your favorite fishery, ours comes from Whyte's Fishery & Smokehouse, which is currently available from the farm. Preheat oven to 425. Place salmon on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil, season with salt and pepper. Place in heated oven for about 15 minutes, depending on thickness of fish. Then give a generous squeeze of raw honey, we prefer honey from Willow Blossom Farms out of Dimondale. Bake for an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot. Best part is that the skin of the fish sticks to the aluminum foil, so clean up is so easy, just toss.
